Shepherd’s Care Children’s Center provides a Christ-centered environment that allows children to learn by doing—moving from concrete, hands-on experiences to more abstract concept development. Children are gently guided as they play and socialize, master academic readiness skills, develop large and small motor skills, and explore the world around them in a hands-on learning environment.

Meet Our Team

Ms. Sandra is the Preschool Director at Shepherd’s Care and has been a dedicated member of the team for over 15 years. She is a positive, energetic leader who is passionate about creating a welcoming, nurturing environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.

Sandra earned her degree from the Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy and brings extensive experience in education, leadership, and office management. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring that programs run smoothly while maintaining the high standards of care and education that families expect.

One of Sandra’s greatest strengths is building meaningful relationships with families. She believes that open communication and strong partnerships between home and school are essential to a child’s success. Known for her approachable personality and excellent communication skills, Sandra takes pride in getting to know each family, listening to their needs, and fostering a sense of community throughout the school.

Sandra is committed to creating a positive preschool experience for every child and family. Her leadership, organization, and genuine care for others help make Shepherd’s Care a place where children feel supported, families feel connected and learning flourishes.

One of Sandra’s favorite children's books is The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss. She loves its whimsical illustrations, playful rhymes, and the joy it brings to young readers.

Ms. Zeina joined the Shepherd’s Care family three years ago and we couldn’t be more excited. She has a deep love for kids and nurturing their growth in faith and friendship. Her Master’s Degree is in Nutrition and Public Health. A few of her favorite things are cooking, exercising, and working on puzzles.

SCCC is a beautiful and welcoming environment for kids and parents. The staff at SCCC are so caring, patient and loving to meet the needs of all the kids. I would highly recommend SCCC for preschool.
